The Lofts at Lancaster Mills' stylish blend of history and architecture won it the 2011 Paul E. Tsongas Historic Preservation Award. At one time, this building was one of the largest producers of gingham cloth in the USA. Today, Lancaster Mills features 202 beautifully renovated apartments featuring contemporary kitchens with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, expansive ceilings, oversized windows, bamboo flooring, and in-unit washers/dryers.
